Dr. Bankhead has led workshops for the Parish Nurse Ministries of New York in 2020 and on June 11, 2022, “Let’s Have an Honest, Compassionate Conversation”-Session #1 in response to the horrific shooting on May 14th in Buffalo, NY. Session #2 followed on July 16th and was based on “allyship”, the discussion focused on how to help each other, and our communities through long-term commitments.
